I'm not using Outlook on the Web, I don't have that menu structure. I'm running the Desktop Outlook client that is part of Office 2019 Pro. Everything is local on my PC.
With all due respect Callender is actually confusing the issue. Anyway how is the account setup - IMAP or SMTP? Let's start there first. And no, your ISP shouldn't be marking your e-mail as spam, but....

Normally I would do a totally manual setup as a POP e-mail account. And that works like it does now. At some point Microsoft decided to make that almost impossible to do and hid the menu. But now it I enter my e-mail provider the auto setup actually works. It sets up as IMAP though not pop3.
Up until now things have worked as expected. I could click always trust mail from and it worked. Now with this particular sender it doesn't.
I also believe this has only happened since Pimoroni switched providers. I was getting e-mail from them in the past with no issues.

    Webmail | My Eastlink

    Have a check.

    Example:

If I setup a junk filter here:

Stop Outlook from sending specific e-mails to Spam folder.-gmx.jpg

Then use that account in outlook and sync folders then the webmail filter takes priority.

I was debating going there for a look see. I had to setup and account there before they would even talk about using a desktop client. Their tech support suck big time.

Agree on going to the email account's online web service (Eastlink) and check that it's somehow not flagging the email as spam. While there you might take a look at filters and spam settings.

As to manually setting up your email accounts, it's better to do it from the Control Panel where you have access to the old style settings. Go Control Panel, Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016), click "Email accounts...". Click on an account and you'll be presented with the old style e-mail account setup...

And yeah, IMAP is the better protocol as it syncs your email between client and server.

Well at this point I'm stumped as well. You should definitely be able to set a rule to have to those emails go to your inbox instead of spam.

As I said, I'm running the Office 365 Outlook desktop app so I can't how to specifically set up things, but I know has a rules feature.

@Syngnus21 Yeah that's how I would get back to the old manual setup. With my old ISP the auto setup always failed and I'd go that hidden manual route. Now it actually works so I go with that.
I logged into Eastlink Webmail, poked around a bit but didn't see anything relevant. There was an e-mail from Pimoroni in the inbox there. I selected it and clicked the spam button, which moved it to the Spam folder. I then went there and clicked not spam, and it went back to the inbox.
It has magically also moved to my inbox in outlook too? That's where it is now, it was in the spam folder. Will have to wait for the next one to see if that somehow fixed things?
