First off I'm sure you didn't mean to post your email address but there it is in all it's glory

As for the images. Give me a minute.

OK, so since you have an Exchange Account, you need to log into your Exchange Account, which is (should) be different from your Microsoft account to change that image.

Example I have both a Microsoft Account, and an Exchange email account. Currently my "Microsoft" account has an image, but my Exchange account has no current image assigned (my choice).

I never logged into a exchange account, how do I do that?
All I did was add my email to outlook

Also on my mobile, I go to outlook.com then people and it’s the old image but if I push request desktop page it’s the new one...

You or someone setup an Email Exchange account. That doesn't happen by accident. And I'm going by what the email account says posted in your image. That's the account you need to log into to change the image.

Click the "Change" link under the "wrong" image and provide the Exchange account info. NOT the Microsoft Account info.

If this is your PC you should have that info. If not you'll need to contact your IT department.

I too have an Exchange Account, but it's through my school and when I setup the account on my PC I had to use the school credentials, NOT my Microsoft Account... which wouldn't have gotten me access to my school email account.

    Let me know.

I don’t know because I don’t have any other credentials, how come when I click change on the pic it just doesn’t make me change it. I remember how I got that photo their it was before outlook beta came out I used classic outlook on my iPhone and in settings their was a photo option that’s how I changed it

Well how did you setup email account? Again, an Exchange account doesn't get setup by mistake or by itself.

I don't care what tool you use to create the image it means absolutely nothing if you can get to the area to place it.

Apparently this tool you can change images in exchange accounts

I made my outlook email address at outlook.com I never made it with exchange

I know you might not believe me but I’m a home user so I have to get my fingers on this to see why this is happening
