Microsoft Office Pro Won't Install

Saw one article and it talked about response time. Is this a wired or wireless connection?

On a call with Microsoft now. Been talking and working for 52 minutes.

Seems the problem is quite common!

Well, after almost two hours and doing this, that and the other, I still don't have Office Pro installed!

Did they give any indications as to where they thought problems lies?

Do you have Windscribe as an extension of your browser? That might be the issue.

We've been so much all over this Windows 10 Production partition, that I'm sure they covered everything there was to cover. So far, they're as puzzled as I am, Ken.

She's going to call me again tomorrow around 8:00 AM my time and we'll go over this again. As I said, we worked for almost two hours, and she called in the "big guns" to help her help me.

As another FYI, it seems that more and more folks are having problems installing this one. I don't think we're in Kansas anymore, Toto!

I think it's Office 365. I bought Office Pro for Business, but this has been the most confusing thing I've ever seen. Office has always been contrary, but this one takes the cake!
