Microsoft Office Pro Won't Install

I bought Office Pro last night, and I've tried everything I know, and still can't install Office Pro.



I get this error, but so far, I've found no solution.

BTW, Windows 10 Build 18363.720.

Clicking the link doesn't show anything that helps.

Are you still using that VPN product? Can't remember name.

Could you try with that disabled please.

Turn off Windscribe and try.

Yeah, gonna do that as soon as I can get through one other crisis.

I was going to turn off Windscribe, but I don't find it. Something weird is going on here.

I know I had it installed!

Click on the power button...see if it shows up

It doesn't. I've searched the whole computer and it's not there; not even where I downloaded it.
