Nope, I'm only using 1 account. I'm starting to think that it's supposed to show a Sign in button at the top even if you've already signed in? Or does it show your MS username instead?
In my case, My name is shown at the top, if I'm sign in with my office account, and it "sign in" if I'm using different Windows account without the account that is bonded with office.

Update, that was 5 mins ago.. now it is showing my other account name.

Could it be linked to Onedrive?

Yes, new local account on machine. Trying to determine if this issue is machine wide of user profile specific.
