    Office 2019/Office /365 are now "Click to Run" and installed via Internet -- apart from some "discount copies" you see on Amazon from time to time you won't get an iso / img file...
    Not quite true, but it is becoming the norm. For now, MS still sell a 'one-time purchase' version (not exactly cheap though).

    Hi there
    agreed but these aren't activated via KMS either "

    I suspect (might be doing the OP an injustice though) that the office activation was done via some sort of "Back door" method got from some dubious torrent site and it's expired. There were "quasi" legal ways of extending activation via the slmgr command but even that only allows I think 3 extensions and wasn't that for W7/W8 rather than Office.

    @jimbo45

    Please re-read the thread from the beginning - No one is accusing Soapm of any sort of piracy or torrent use. there are at least as many unknowing, (ie Trusting individuals), who are victims of piracy, as there are intentional pirates who do so for their personal benefit or financial gain.

    Hi there
    I didn't mean that -- regret if any offense etc caused.

    It's these types of reasons that I really appreciate Office365. Sure, it costs me $99 a year, but I get 6 accounts, 1TB of space in OneDrive for each of them and the ability to run the latest copy of Office on everyting with no fear of scams.

    I don't need all 6 accounts, so I give one to my dad. Now he gets office and 1TB of disk space too.

    I'm going to try a reinstall when I go up to the office this evening, thanks for all the help.

    Just thought it was strange for one system to do this then not be able to where you enter the code key? It's like something corrupted on it or something???

    1. Open any Office application, such as Word or Excel, and select Account. Note: If you don't see Account or you already have a file or document open, choose File from the menu, and then select either Account or Help from the list on the left.
    2. Under Product Information, you'll find your Office product name and, in some cases, the full version number.
    A note: Office 2013 and earlier versions of the suite had different version numbers for the individual applications within them, as I recall Office 2010 had version 14 of the programs. Office 2016 is the first to have applications version 16. The Product Key doesn't interchange between versions.

    Reinstall of Office x64 seems to have done the trick, just not sure why it deactivated itself???
