    Outlook Contacts - User 1, User 2 .... fields - what are they used for


    In Outlook Contacts > Miscellaneous : there are 4 'User fields' (User Field 1, 2, 3 and 4)
    Curious to know, what are they being used for ?

    They are just fields without any pre-defined purpose for you to use as you wish.

    Thank you very much indeed!
    There is little known about these fields. Outlook does have a 'Notes' field, which can hold a lot of characters.
    Just checked User Fields can hold up to 255 characters each.

Users accounts in win 10 pro a user can see by anyway other user files? Emails outlook, or passwords in chrome or robofirm password manager...? to switcgph users needed shutdown... ? For user creation ms account is optional?
