    Sync Issues with Outlook 2016

I have Outlook 2016 on two PCs. On checking folder sizes, I've found various sync issues like the one shown below. What;s this due to a what's the solution?

I believe it is normal to have sync issues in Outlook, and most of them get resolved automatically. Is there anything missing that you can tell on either machine? Is there anything out of place that you can actually find? Outlook puts these errors into a folder even though the errors were fixed automatically, so see if you can identify an inconsistency yourself.

It would also help to know what service you are using with Outlook. Is it a Gmail? Exchange? O365?

I don't have any obvious mail problems - I noticed the sync issue when cleaning up the mailbox folders. I'm getting fewer synch reports having run the re[air tool scanpst.exe.

I have a MS account on Exchange and four IMAP accounts to synchronise including Gmail. The sync issues are with the IMAP accounts.
