    PST Question

I am running MS office 2019 and using the Outlook included in it.
After a crash I thought I lost all my PST files , but I have discovered that I had backed them up just prior to the.pc crashing.
Can I bring these pst files into Win10 and Outlook 2019 and merge them into the.appropriate profiles?? These were from Outlook 2016.
Even if they don't merge with the newer emails that's fine as long as each profile can read their old emails and saved emails.

    Thank you

Hi Gordow. Welcome to the TenForums @Gordow

Run a back up of your current environment.

Then import the PST files in the appropriate profiles.

File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Import from another program or file (description below should have the word PST in it.)

Go slow, check you get what was expected.

You will know when you import and you can remove if they are the wrong one
