    Near as I can figure, you have to remove the whole Group and start from scratch!!!

    I think some of those greyed out entries are just there as samples.

    I"m not sure that's even possible... Since all those entries are IN the group, I can remove the whole "Respond" group, but once it's been removed it's still a group. How do I go into the removed group and edit it?

    AND, when I add it back, it has to go into a "new group" that's at the lowest level of the set of groups.

    Does anybody have a pointer to documentation for doing this? 'Cause at the moment it's a total mess to try to customize.

    Another thing that drives me nuts is, the fact that you have to close the entire Options Panel just to be able to go back and get a sneak peek at what you screwed up so far on the Main Window!!!

    A real fine mess!

    <heavy sigh>

    So has Microsoft made this thing so UN-configurable you just leave all the garbage on the ribbons and ignore them?

    Create your own groups and organize them so they show before the MS ones.
