    Validating links in Excel

Not sure if anyone here can assist but here goes :) I haven't found a working solution online for this yet so i'm picking brains.

What i've done is created an excel file with all of the internal apps that my company uses. We're in the process of changing them over from http to https. I've created the URL rewrite for each app.

Now i just need to test the URL. Since they're all listed in Excel, i was hoping for a way to do this easier than clicking the 200+ links and making them open in the default web browser. I found a way to create a function in excel to do this for http links but it doesn't work for https.

Ideas? or am i stuck clicking each link to test

Copy them all into a text file,
add ping at the start of each line,
save it as a batch file,
    run it.

Personally, I'd copy them all into Word then do all the manipulations there before saving it in a text file.
