    Email encryption for regular Outlook.com?


    How come Outlook.com (non-O365)hasn’t adopted the email encryption feature just like it has been for O365 users?

    It would be nice because I’m sure that consumer users also have very sensitive documents to send such as when buying a new home, job resumes, HR related stuff and so on.

    Can this be requested through the Feedback Hub?

    From a security standpoint, I feel that MS is just focused on enterprise related applications and just leaving out consumer users out of the loop.

    Yeah, I agree on that, MS seems to be more focused on Office 365 and Azure. Email encryption is mandatory on Outlook as well. The customer support team will take the feedback but not sure they will implement the same.
