    How to reset Office 365 password


    I am trying to help a friend who has a computer running Windows 10. He can log into Windows 10 but he has forgotten the password to Office 365.

    I know nothing about Windows 10 or Office 365. (I use Windows 7 pro)

    I have searched this forum for an answer. This question probably has been asked many times. I hope someone can direct me to a post with answers. Thank you
