Office 365 Outlook not opening in my desktop pc

This morning I tried to open Office 365 Outlook and all I had were the following messages, which when I click OK on the last message Outlook just closes. All other Office 365 work, although I get a message in Word asking to sign in again! This only happens on my main desktop pc!

Task Manager shows that the system resources are NOT critically low as messaged by Outlook!
I have launched Office 365 Outlook on my old laptop and don’t have any issues Office 365 Outlook behaves normally and so does in the Web APP.

Since the issue is on my desktop pc I have run a scan with HitmanPro that found no threats other than the persistent tracking cookies, ADW Cleaner and Malwarebytes Antimalware (which is scheduled to scan every day) and found
    no threats.
Any ideas as to why Office 365 Outlook does not open on this pc?

Run the MS repair tool > control panel > Programs and features > Microsoft Office > Change > Online Repair, which I assume it reinstalled Office 365 Personal, powered off and powered on the pc but no change the issue still remains the same!

Sign out of all live accounts in System > Accounts for anything Microsoft. Reboot and then sign back into the computer. Then open a Browser session and try signing into outlook.co.uk or outlook.com with your live account. If it works fine, then we can narrow it down to a corrupted Office Profile.

I opened Settings > Accounts > clicked on Stop signing in to Micosoft apps automatically > restarted the pc but the issue with Office Outlook still remains the same!
Signed out from the Outlook.com web page too but Word seems to be working OK Office 365 Outlook not opening in my desktop pc-2019-08-21_17-29-10.jpg

Try opening Outlook from cmd.ex with outlook /safe

I take it that you have your account paid up to date? https://account.microsoft.com/services/ . See this about repairing OST & PST files in Outlook. Repair Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost) - Outlook

Holding the Ctrl key or using Run > Outlook /safe comes up with after clicking Yes or OK Office 365 Outlook not opening in my desktop pc-2019-08-21_18-43-22.jpg and Office 365 Outlook not opening in my desktop pc-2019-08-21_18-42-35.jpg but the result is the same, still not opening.
Yes my account still paid up till December.
I will try the Repair Outlook Data files next.

Uncheck Prompt for profile, you do not have to hold down the ctrl key, you want it to boot into Safe Mode. You can also go to the Control Panel and create a new Default Profile in Mail. Press Windows Key and R key and then type in Control Panel and then click on Mail.

Strange that in my desktop where Outlook does not open the version showed is version 14Office 365 Outlook not opening in my desktop pc-2019-08-21_19-01-26.jpg and on my laptop which I installed recently is
Outlook 2019: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 so in the version 14 there is no SCANPST.EXE
.I may have to uninstall Office and reinstall it so that
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16 is installed like on my laptop.

2010 was Office14, which also gets installed for backwards compatibility of documents with newer versions. See this for Office2016/19 folder locations. None of those links helped I'm sorry to say Office 365 Outlook not opening in my desktop pc-2019-08-21_19-40-04.jpg

I am now uninstalling Office 365 which incidentally is version 16.0.11901.2018 which is confusing when in Programs File (86) is Office 14!
I am uninstalling Office and will reinstall it again and see what happens.

Thanks for you suggestions but as none of them solved the issue I uninstalled Office 365 and reinstalled it which this time it installed in Programs Files instead of Programs Files(86) which is where it was installed originally.
I then created a new profile and added my four email accounts and deleted the previous profile and all seems to be working for now anyway!
I am still mystified why it all went belly up after working well for the past 9 months.
