Excel (365) How to change name of author and last changed to Dummy?

On some Excel forum user would like to have a 'test Excel-sheet' so as to avoid confusion and provide the right answer(s) to a question. This is quite okay.
However, such 'test' sheets by default include the name of the author and email address etc. in the properties.

Is there a way to have those details removed and/or replaced ?
    (author Mr.Dummy, email dummy-at-domain.com whatever)

    Thanks.

Thank you very much. Frankly, I was not aware of that option.
I followed the tutorial on removing personal information on some test Excel sheet.
File properties -> tab "Details" indeed showed that my name was removed.

I was little worried about the details at tab "Security" - it is still there, even with my email address.

But I sent it to a Windows 10 under VM created with another account name and it adopted the other name, i.e.
my name isn't shown there when other are receiving the file.

    Again thanks!

Just FYI, if a "government agency" wanted to see where that file originated from they could. It's not rocket science. Think digital forensics

    Thanks.

BTW ... I wonder, can this be defaulted? (no name in the properties)
Instead of removing afterwards - just never have my name in these files. My name there serves no purpose, I am the only user.
So I don't need to remember should I need to occasionally upload/send a file.

For me I doubt it but then again I never thought about it.
