Changing Word ribbon font size in Windows 10

In Windows 7 it was easy to increase the font size if the ribbon in MS Office Word: Right click the desktop / personalize + 2 more clicks and a window opens where you can change each and every part of the window: Title bar font size and color, menu font size, icon size, etc etc. Increasing menu font size (or palette font size, I don't remember) automatically increased the Word ribbon font size.

In Windows 8 it was pretty much the same.

But in Windows 10 they must have hidden it very deep, I can't find it (and I badly need to increase the ribbon font size, I'm not getting younger....).

    Please help.

Nothing hidden. It is in Display settings in the System app. It is a all setting.

Could you please be more specific? I'm afraid I don't quite understand.

    Hi,
I believe they are referring to dpi settings
You can search that term dpi and probably see make test and other items larger or smaller and switch to 125%

I can't remember but I believe if you point at the bottom line of the ribbon your cruiser turns into a double arrow where you can resize it a little bigger...

Right click on desktop and choose Display preferences, or open Settings and choose Display.

Changing the dpi doesn't have any effect on the ribbon font size.

    There is no such option.

Hello @gadisam, and welcome to Ten Forums.

You can use this below to change the text size to make it bigger, but it affects everything in Windows 10 and not just the ribbon in Office.

OK, thank you, I found it.
You have to click the Windows Flag on bottom left corner, then Settings, then Ease of Access.
