Cannot Add New Account to Outlook 365
I had to delete and start fresh with my Outlook profile due to Dragon Medical Practice Edition corrupting my Outlook file. Long story...
I was able to add my Outlook.com and one of my Exchange email accounts. However, I cannot add my health system's Exchange account. It asked for my password, asked for my authentication (via Symantec VIP Access), and then failed to add the account. Now when I try to add the account, it fails. It automatically adds my username/email address through the "searching for accounts" when I try to add a new account.
Is there a way to get rid of the previous cached accounts?
