Bar Codes Reader?

Hello,

I have an small Barbies collection, I want to scan the barcode of each box, I know I have to buy a Bar Code Reader, but my question is it possible to insert those barcodes in a Microsoft Database (Access) or Excel?

Windows 10, Office 2007 or Office 2010

A barcode contains text.
So, yes ... you can put barcode data in a database or spreadsheet.

I know I already have one for excel buuuuut a friend of mine is looking something only for Accces, I am ok with the addon for excel

can you not import an EXCEL sheet into an Access DB -- If so then problem solved.
