Microsoft Acccess 2007 Welcome Screen?

For me this is a welcome screen of MS Access 2007 is there any option in Tools> Option > Settings to skip it?

Again, there is no way to skip it, if you do not have a file already for a dbase. If you have created a dbase, you just click on that file and it opens.
