    Office Picture Manager

I tried to download the Office Picture Manger but Malwarebytes guaranteed each site that presented the download.
Is this something new and how can get Picture Manager for a new installation? If I can't will someone point me to a near simple equivalent? My needs are very simple, just some basic resizing, cropping and printing.

    Thank you.

    Google it, you'll find it!

You may also try finding the last version of Picasa, (Version 3.9.141), it's a bit better than OPM.

Also look at IrfanView. About as simple as you can get yet does all the basic stuff.

    I just realized something...

Some time ago, someone asked a question: "What ever happened to the Picture Editing App that had a 'Film Strip' on the bottom"

I think MS Office Picture Manager is it; not sure though, if we ever came to that conclusion.

You can download MS Office Picture Manager 2007 directly from MS as part of SharePoint Designer 2007 [there are no prerequisites, you do not need to have Office to be allowed to do this].

I had to download the whole lot then choose just the Office Picture Manager I wanted during installation by going through Custom install.

I installed it on Windows 10 x64 while I was experimenting with Office 2016 for precisely the same reason that you want it - those basic cropping & resizing jobs are well over 90% of everything I ever want to do with picture files.

    Edwin,

Your picture is of Office picture manager [albeit with the titlebar cropped out] so you are right.

I need to have full featured programs from decades past, and I will hunt them down and use them as long as they're available and they work!

I don't think this generation, at least my generation, will embrace all these kindergarten apps!

I have a sketching app on android, for toddlers 3 and under, that has more features than Snip and Sketch, for Pete's sake!
