Outlook 2019 prompt issue - upon setup

Hi, I have recently purchased Office 2019 from my work Good deal.. installed on Windows 10 pro 64bit, first I wanted to setup Outlook 2019 with my .live account and upon setup it uses my Hotmail email address which is my live account but then prompts me locally for credentials on Windows 10 …why? looking at fixes I tried a registry fix from old post that didn't work where you add reg Dword to reg path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover
    DWORD: ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint
    value 1

Image removed to protect user data

this did not work so why is it prompting for local credentials from Win10 to set this up ( never had this issue with any other office like 2013..

First, I asked moderators remove your screenshot because it showed your full email address.

Having said that, when Outlook prompts for credentials, it is asking credentials for your email account. Your screenshot shows you have entered Windows username instead of email address.

Enter your full email address and password, select Remember my credentials, and click OK. Notice that if your Live / Microsoft account has two-factor authentication enabled, you must use app password here instead of the normal password for your email account. See this Microsoft support article for how to get and use app password: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...p-verification
