Alignment Issues In Excel

Alright folks, I don't know why this is happening but here's the problem. If I insert a new row in Excel is takes the format of the other cells in that row just like I want it to, except when I go to type in it. I type in the new row of cells and the formatting is off until I hit enter to finish typing, then it goes back to it's proper formatting.

For example, if I have a cell with a center alignment, if I type in that cell it doesn't show a center alignment, it shows no alignment at all until I finish typing and hit enter and then it goes back to a center alignment. I don't know why it's doing this on this file when it hasn't previously done it. I added a couple of screenshots to show what I'm talking about because it's hard to explain.

No. It doesn't always do that though. That's why it's so annoying when it does. If I have something in a center alignment and type in it then it stays in a center alignment. It's annoying when it doesn't because well, my OCD. LOL!

EDIT: See here, how my new typing is in a center alignment? That is what I want all the time, but it doesn't always do that and I don't know why.

Another update, it just recently started doing this. It doesn't do it all the time. Sometimes within the same workbook on the same page on the same row it will do it on like cell C but not A. It legit is not making a lick of sense to me why it is so random and why it just popped up out of nowhere.

The indicator is not selected in the 2nd and 3rd sheet so it would be whatever the default is, looks to be different.

In your first or second or third image we can't tell what you have done, whether the formatting is the same as the previous/next row/none, or the particular cell you have indicated either, or what the default sheet formatting is, whether you copied a line/cell format and so on.

Also we don't know what the cell formatting was when typing something in.

In the 2nd image you maybe typing that in left justified due to the default.
and in the 3rd the cell happened to be centre justified when typing in with a differing default.

It's all centered. I highlighted the rows and centered them when I created the workbook way back when. But then every now and then when I type in insert a new row (which is supposed to assume the current formatting) the cell it doesn't assume the center alignment until I'm done typing and hit enter. Its not a major issue, just trying to figure out why it happens.
