OK, that means that you have an "EAS" setup. Use the article I linked to and do not go past the heading about IMAP.
And do note that jimbo's instructions were for IMAP. Use the article I linked to.

Under account settings > email accounts, it has 2 listed named email accounts, alongside that it has type, IMAP/ SMTP
OK, I was clearly wrong. I thought I used to see complaints by other users about that automatic method defaulting to setting up EAS.
So you can use both the article I linked to and jimbo's procedure.
