Outlook.com does not delete Spectrum/RR emails

    You have to go into your google account. Upper right is either your picture or initials. Click, then click Google account, then under Security and sign in.

    Those screen shots would appear that for TWC you are usin POP (Port 995) and not IMAP 993.

    Where did you get the setting for NTLM and TLS?

    Thank you, those Google account settings are like reading a dictionary.
    I had it on 993 before the problem I was just trying 995 to see if it made a difference.
    In Outlook.com settings/mail/sync email/edit connected account you can choose from, Authentication: Basic/NTLM and Encryption: None/SSL/TLS. I tried different combinations of those settings to. I will change it back to 993, Basic and None.

    Pretty sure you need Encryption None/ SSL / TLS

    Says in manual you must authenticate.
