    Yeah, I haven't found confirmation from Microsoft about 2025 being the end. Maybe someday I'll wander down to the Microsoft office in my building in Detroit and ask them :)

    I've read Office 2019 will not be supported on Windows 7, I've also read that Office 2019 will not run on Windows 7;

    ... the Preview is working on Windows 7 here, at the moment, not sure if all features work, but...

    Here's a quote I found, from MS re Office 2019:

    "As the pace of change accelerates, it has become imperative to move our software to a more modern cadence, and that means no support for Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. However, this only applies to the standalone single-purchase version of Office (the current version is Office 2016), not the ongoing monthly or annual subscription service, called Office 365.”

    Release and support cycle. It doesn't sound important unless they make it sound confusing, then it's important.

    I'm beginning to think everyone at MS is on mind altering substances of some sort!!!

    ...it has become imperative to move our software to a more modern cadence...
    ...The translucent texture of this transient surface helps you focus on the sign-in task by moving the actionable controls up in the visual hierarchy while maintaining their accessibility...

    I think Professor Irwin Corey is in charge of all press releases and internal documents.

    Yes, office 2019 is not supposed to run on anything but Windows 10.

    It'll run on Windows 7, right along side Starter, I might add, I just don't think they want you to install the real version on Windows 7!!!
