Outlook is using an old copy of your Outlook data file . . .

    Attachment 206387

Outlook is driving me crazy! Office 365 ProPlus got updated yesterday, and today it's giving me this stupid thing! It also doesn't seem to be collecting my emails for me.

In fact, I tried to send an email from one of my accounts to another one and it told me I don't have permission!

    Anyone got any ideas?

Did you delete .ost file? It gave me that warning once, about six months ago... Deleting .ost file was solution.

    Thanks, Andre:

No, I haven't deleted it yet because I don't want to lose emails I have saved. Some of them have good info I don't want to lose.

Rename it then... to .old. You can still mount it later
Or archive your current mails (if you don't have online copies)
