Office 365 - how to install on a different hard drive

Okay experts, does anyone have a way of installing office 365 on any drive except drive C, the boot drive? I want to install it on my D drive, which is a mechanical drive, to save space on my C drive, which is an NVMe Samsung 960 EVO M.2 - 500 GB drive.

    Thanks

Usually choosing a custom install will allow changing where a program will install, just have to watch for the option during the early part of the installation. I do it on my main computer that has a 1TB split as 150GB C: and remainder as D: Data. Can't say about current versions of Office but used to be it would still put a large part of itself on the same drive as Windows regardless of the choice, probably because of its interweaving with Windows.

AFAIK, there is no option within the Office 365 installation to change the install location.
