Hi Bol, welcome to Ten Forums.
Complete instructions can be found on official MSDN blog: How to install Office using a Provisioning Package

I tried following that link and i noticed my original wim is 3gb and office is 2gb but when i use dism offline to add the package to the install.wim the install.wim is 2gb while it should be 5gb and i tried running the wim file and windows installs fine but no office. What could be wrong?
Honestly, I cannot answer that question. Adding Win32 apps using provisioning packages is very tricky.
In your case, I would try another approach. I would install Office when customizing the image in Audit Mode, before capturing it. Doing it in this way, the office is already included in your custom WIM image.

Hi thnx for reply.
When running sysprep it deletes all software but the unattend file goes through no problem. this is what i do.
1. Boot up a fresh install of Windows 10 pro and CTRL+SHIFT+F3 during first oobe screen "Get going fast" (i close the sysprep window that pops up when im in the desktop, does that matter?)
2. install chrome, 7zip, place unattend.xml in sysprep folder.
3. start WDS and create a capture image using the boot.wim from the Windows 10 pro source folder
4. Run sysprep.exe /generalize /oobe /shutdown /unattend:unattend.xml -- I have also tried sysprep.exe /generalize /oobe /shutdown /unattend:C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep\unattend.xml
5. PXE BOOT and capture the image with WDS
6: Then deploy the image with WDS and everything goes fine, but when the install finishes and i login all the software i installed are gone, its a blank install.
