Until a couple of weeks ago, Outlook has always defaulted to 10 occurrences when entering a recurring appointment. Now it's 25 (sometimes 85). What might be causing this? Is there anyway to set the default value? Thanks.

Pretty sure Office 365 is currently Outlook 2016. The article does not explicitly mention 365 so you might have to look for template if you are running 10 Pro with access to group policy.

I would make an Image with something like Macrium Reflect in case this causes an issue.
Thanks for the pointers, Caledon. Unfortunately, that’s way more work (and opportunity to cause problems) than I was looking for. I was hoping for some sort of preference setting.
I don't see a preference in my Outlook although we run slightly different versions.
Hopefully another member has a straight forward answer.
There is a Repair facility within Office. For sure I would have an Image backup before trying this to fix Outlook.
