Saved emails not going to my Drafts folder?

For some reason, emails that I am writing that I close and save are not going to my Drafts folder. I checked the setting in Outlook, lowered the number of minutes needed before its saved to 0 and directed it to my Drafts folder but still nothing. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance for reading.

    Hi kwitel

So when I see Outlook and Office 365 I assume you are using the mail client Outlook and not Outlook.com with browser or Win 10 mail app

Within Outlook you have set up a mail account. Was this set up as an IMAP / Exchange or POP.

    Mine worked with IMAP account.

Did you look in drafts under personal folders?

So I tried this several different ways and mine works. Not very helpful

Have you applied all the updates to your product?

Click on File > Office Account > Update Options> Update now

If you start an email and then close it does it offer to save?
