Removing Office Outlook Taskbar Icon

Hello,

I don't want to see Office Outlook taskbar icon.
How can I Remove Office Outlook icon on Taskbar Right Side?

Right click on Taskbar and click on Taskbar Settings. Go down to Notification Area and click on Select Which Icons appear on the Taskbar, turn off Outlook.

With Outlook open, right click it's Taskbar icon, right click on Outlook in the menu, click Properties, on General Tab check mark 'Hidden', click Apply and OK.

1) right mouse click on outlook icon on taskbar ( WITH OUTLOOK NOT OPEN)
2) select unpin from taskbar



Note though while Outlook running it will be on taskbar until closed.

I want to remove the icon that appears at the bottom right when Outlook is open.

I understand your frustration, took me a while but I got it in the end. Go to Settings -- Personalisation -- Taskbar -- Other system tray icons
Now turn off Microsoft Outlook and make sure you have Hidden icon menu turned off as well.
That way you will only have the apps that you selected showing, everything else will be removed
