    Windows 10 1709 - Office 2013 Volume License does not update


    Hello,

    Been having an issue lately with Office 2013 VL on Windows 10 1709.

    To test, I just spun up a brand new VM, installed Windows 10 1709 and Office 2013. Both are activated and the 'Give me updates for other MS products... " is checked in Windows Update. I receive normal windows 10 updates, but Office 2013 will not update through Windows update.

    I have a previous Windows 10 1709 VM from serveral months ago with Office 2013 that was updating fine and it continues to update.

    Not sure what's different here.

    Would really appreciate any help.

    Update: The issue seems to be caused by our Forcepoint appliance (web filtering). When I connect to our guest network which isn't filtered it works no problem.
    The condition is that windows update needs to run just once with Other windows programs checked without web filtering. Once you get that initial "check-in" it will download new office updates moving forward.
    We've tried putting microsoft.com and windowsupdate.com into the tunnel to bypass the firewall but it didn't work.
