I'm confused as to what you're asking. Are you asking what "help forum" to use for your Outlook 2007? How are you being "forced" to use Outlook 2007?

People use the TenForums Microsoft Office and 365 section for all versions of Office so you should be able to join in there.

SlipStick is a pretty good source of guidance for all versions of Outlook.

There is still a lot of Office 2007 info in the MS Office Help website but you need to check each page before studying it to make sure it is relevant to Office 2007.

At one time, the Office 2007 section of the MS Answers forum was very useful but few of the competent contributors take part in it any more.

And the built-in Office 2007 Help can also help in many situations.
