I am a user of 365 and I formatted my hard drive due to other issues. I am now having trouble locating my old pw and log to reinstall. Any help is appreciated

I'm not exactly sure how you did this load. By that I mean you likely have a Microsoft account for email and possibly for WIN10 login and store.

Then you got Office 365. I've experienced when people go through this process, with Office365, they actually get an "Office" MS account which is a separate MS account.

If you are log in with your day to day Microsoft account when you use the link above it may try to auto log you in and you can't find your Office 365. It that case try logging out, then log in with your Office MS account.

You mentioned PW. If you need to reset PW start the signin process and then use the "Forgot Password" link.

If the above doesn't describe your situation maybe you could explain what is happening.
