Sync other Outlook contact folders via Exchange to smartphone?

    Hello all

I just got done installing 2016 to my PC to which I used to have 2010 and via using the MS Exchange account this all works from with my company, when I was using 2010 I somehow was able to get other Contact folders I had created besides just the primary one to show their contacts on my company cell phones contact list. Which for that I am using a Note 5 with all the latest updates.

Basically in my Outlook program I keep certain contacts in other folders other then the main one so I can keep track of them better when working with things.

So while I got those all back with the PC version as I can now connect back up to the companies exchange server, the new Outlook account on the phone (as I cannot use the old default phone email account) does not seem to be picking them up when synced as the only one it with pull anything from is the main contacts folder.

Note, in the phones options for this Outlook account it does have a check box that reads "All Contacts", and it is checked. Also I have tried the checkbox in the folders properties for allowing it to be shown as a "Outlook Address Book", but that has not made a difference.

So I don't know if this is a limitation of the Outlook account on the phone, or is there some option in the new version of 2016 Outlook on my PC that I have to check so these folders can be synced?

    Thank for any help

As you have been running a truncated 2010 software and moved to what is now 2016. Your contacts will not match over from your original list. I suggest doing an import of all contacts through your email system of contacts that you have on your system. To do so you need to go into your contact list that is in your old folder and do an import. This issue is faced by many when moving from older software to office 365.
First you need to export all of your contacts into a .CSV file (comma seperated value)
afterward well.... here is a link, it works as I have done it numerous times before.
