Office 2016 64-bit - Outlook Folder Pane Display Corruption & Hanging

I have recently started getting display corruption in Office 2016 64-bit. Version 1801 Build 9001.2138
See the image below. The Sent Items and the top level folder containing all my named folders are on top of each other.
In addition, the mailbox is unresponsive.

If I shut down Outlook and re-open it, it works for a while but the problem soon re-appears.
This has been happening in Version 1801 Build 9001.2138 and the previous build.

Any tips on troubleshooting this would be appreciated.

I have tried sfc /scannow and it found no errors.

Running "outlook.exe /resetnavpane" also made no difference.

I had an issue with Outlook, Office 2016 x64, links in e-mails took forever to open / launch. Not your issue I know, but just FYI, switching to a 32 bit Office install fixed it. Happened after upgrading Windows to new build, Sept update. Only happened on that one PC though, which was weird? Clean install or Windows and Office x64 and same issue. Switched to 32 bit office, no issues.
