Borg 386, I actually did post in the general support area, it has 77 views, but nothing in replies, and also this isn't my computer, it is my sons laptop.
Well, if the screen is flickering I would say something might be wrong with the drivers, you might need to update them to the current ones to match whatever graphics card or display software you have. Being that they replaced the HDD any updated drivers you had in place are gone. There might be an issues with what you are running & windows 10. Post the problem with as many details on the forum, that way someone that may have had the same problem may be able to help. Also, if they returned the lappy & it's flickering like that or the problem hasn't been solved I would contact them & explain the situation & ask for the link to their drivers page or if that doesn't work, a whole new replacement, You may have gotten a lappy with a problematic circuit board. It's hard to tell. Hope you get it sorted soon.
Thank you for being my friend
