    Goaty,
    I suspect their hosting systems are swamped.
    I would expect things to go wonky when accessing that cloud in these early days, if not for longer.

    What you describe are all symptoms of what could be the cause, hosting issues.

    Even blizzard mucks it up on game launches.
    This is just MS.
