    For me, the bios select a boot drive works ok, but many people dont want to view such a screen or cant think properly. I get a list of drives to boot from, 3 hard drives or a cdrom, or usb if it is plugged in. Lots of folks wont know which drive has what os. Of course select wrong one and it wont boot, or will boot the wrong os.

    Seperate drives is a must have as well as images of the OS just because drives fail unexpectedly. And the piece of mind and preventing trials and tribulations and a lot of extra work to reinstall it all is worth a few dollars more for a reliable backup.

    How come none suggested BCDBOOT??
    Msconfig now shows both entries to boot in win7.
