No wx upgrade icon even after running win10fix_full

Pretty much what's stated in the title. I've run every windows update that I've been presented with to ensure that I am as up to date as possible, I ran the batch script win10fix_full to try force the upgrade icon to appear but to no avail.

When I run win10fix_full, the first option confirms that I have the necessary updates installed, the second completes instantly and seems to have no effect and the third which says could take 45 minutes completes instantly and suggests to wait an hour for the icon to appear which again, does not do so.

Just wondering if I am missing anything here and I'd love for you guys to help me out.
    Thanks!

Should note that I have a HP pavilion notebook which is way above the minimum requirements too!

Hello ycc, and welcome to Ten Forums.

If you like, you could also upgrade to Windows 10 using step 3 below. :)

Hi Brink, thanks for the suggestion but I don't know what's going on with mine, I've downloaded it 3 times from there already as the upgrade current PC version. Additionally, I've tried creating a boot USB to see if I could get it working another way and still no luck. When the download has finished it 'creates windows media' or something along those lines, gets to 100% on that and then the entire window disappears with nothing to show for it. As in my media creation tool never made it to step 9 on the above post, it vanished before then. Is there any way I can find the download location to check whether it has actually been downloaded once or four times or anything.

When you get to that point, wait a good while to see if may continue.
