I use Paint under Windows Accessories to paste the screen capture in and save as image. Then, in the post window, click on the image icon on top, square with pic, it will let you browse to where you saved the picture, select and click on upload file.

I just use the snipping tool to save what I want to an image file, then upload it here.

If you use Chrome browser, just press Prt Scr (Printscreen) (to copy the screen image to the clipboard) and then click in the reply box and paste (Ctrl_+V) or right-click and select paste from the drop down menu.

The laptop originally came with Windows 7, I downloaded & installed Windows 10. So I have not had any Media to do repairs or reinstall from.

Ok. Is it specific for your PC make and model? How do they know what drivers you'll need etc?

I have the Dell Driver disk that came with the laptop - I'm going to use the Windows 10 disks to hopefully repair/restore Windows.

It seems to me that your paying for something you can just download for free? You can burn a DVD from the MCT ISO. I suspect that the one your getting, only having Home and Pro on it, may be an old build? CE or AU. I guess you'll know whn you get it. Why not just do a clean install instead of an upgrade?
