Do you have Kyhi's Rescue Drive created? You can boot into that and the MiniTool version included should be able to do it.

Interesting though.....Google seems to indicate it is a BIOS problem, not a hard drive/SSD problem:
    on startup - Microsoft Community

Other links suggested updating the BIOS, if there is an update available.

I don't have Kyhi's Rescue Drive. Would you please send me a link? I also have the latest BIOS.

I have it now - but Mini-Tool is not included (at least, I couldn't find it).

The link I posted had some instructions for disabling booting from external devices/other devices that you don't want to boot from anyway. The bios might be looking at other sources to boot from, and either not reading devices there or reading bad boot sectors on devices that are connected.

Right click start and select RUN
    type > msconfig
    select BOOT tab

One of the listed windows will be flagged as current.
select it and set as default (if not already default)

And can I assume you still only have 1 installation of windows on that disk ???
if so > then you can delete any other boot entry from that boot tab (other then the current OS)

    Boot issues and Emergency Disk

I don't understand what you're having me to do with the above instructions Please explain.

As for your emergence PE disk, can I add Mini-Tool Partition Tool to it and run it from there?

@Kyhi I followed your msconfig directions. "DEFAULT" was greyed out for the primary OS - but not for the second two. I deleted the second two which left the primary OS - "DEFAULT" was still greyed out but that didn't matter. One problem is fixed.

I'd like to know if I can add Mini-Tool Partition Wizard to your Windows PE environment (and maybe a couple of other tools). I realize you must have gotten permission to put those apps on your disk - maybe I can just put my tools on my version?) I still get "Invalid Partition Table" during the boot sequence and the free version of Mini-Tool Partition Wizard won't work on the MBR.

@NavyLCDR Here is my current Disk Management screenshot. How can I tell what is Active and what is Inactive - and how should it be? And how do I get it right? Thanks (Hope you had a great Thanksgiving).

Minitool and macrium are already part of rescue media
And yes you can add your own tools - but that is also another process to follow and learn

Instructions where given on how to delete Disk 0 - Partition 3 using Diskpart command... a few posts back...
delete partition 3 as instructed. remove partition G (Post 17)
Then you will create 1 big partition from all that free space at the end of your disk
then we will apply the clean version of windows 10 to that partition..

     select disk 0
     Select partition 3
     delete partition override
