Dual Booted successfully, but OS Boot Mngr Prefers to Boot Windows10

I've Dual Booted a Clients computer so that it would Have selection Options between Kali Linux and Windows 10, but despite updating the BIOs and enabling legacy Mode, neither of these two allows for the Priority of the Grub Menu to be set. As the Windows Boot loader appears to be the Priority every time. I have been thinking about "removing windows Boot manager," but I don't want to risk disabling Windows entirely, so I'm not particularly sure what's halting this specific load out from happening automatically, like the dual boots that I've set up on other computers before. So if anybody would know a way to fix this I'd appreciate it.

Look at step #3 here. Not too familiar with Linux, but I've used the bcdedit command a few times.

Just re-install Grub. It will chain-load Windows. The bios has nothing to do with the bootloader.. it will boot whichever it is assigned in the MBR.
