Installing Windows 10 on HDD, then on SSD

I have a limited budget, I'm in the UK, and the Pro is too much.

How does one install an SSD anyway? I've ordered the 2.5" to 3.5" bracket and I see four screw holes in the base of it - do I screw in the SSD from underneath there? I suppose I do. But I'm bothered by the fact that I have to open both sides of my PC case in order to screw in the bracket into a 3.5" bay, and on one side the screws are recessed and hard to get to. Can't I just screw the bracket in on one side? It's in contact with the metal of the bays, it's secured, It's not going to wobble much and I won't have to turn my PC case face down so the Nvidia card is hanging down just so I can get to those darned screws. Can I do that?

Yes, I've heard of them being secured with duct tape, velcro, or just lying them on the floor of the case or even left hanging! :) I was considering those before I decided I should settle on a proper method.

It's highly rated, looks ideal and yet is suddenly unavailable. That's strange.

Installing the SSD is no different than installing a HDD other than it does not NEED to be as secure as an HHD, but I have a little bit of OCD, so mine are installed just like HHDs. Most of the 2.5 to 3.5" adapters have holes in the bottom to mount the 2.5" drive to (even most 2.5" HDDs have the holes in bottom for mounting that way). Then, just like if you were going to put in a 3.5" HDD, you do have to get to both sides of the drive cage in the chassis to put screws in both sides p or use adapter rails if that is what the chassis uses to mount them. Some cases/chassis have a way to remove the entire 3.5" drive bay to get to the other side. If the chassis has any 2.5" drive bays, you can just stick the SSD in there directly. If you don't have OCD, minimal fastening of the SSD and/or the adapter really is just fine.

On one of my old HP desktops I used velcro to hold a SSD to the bottom of the case. Worked great.
