Okay. Please run Sea Tools on the C drive after the RAM testing has completed the 8 or more passes.

If possible please post the HD Sentinel overview tab for drive C.

Will catch up with you later in the day.

Post #36 has the latest version of Memtest 86+ version 5.01 with a link.
There are better testing algorithms in the latest version.

This is a BIOS system, not UEFI. This was booted from a Memtest 7.2 CD. 4.3.7 as only version to run on BIOS systems AFAIK.

There are many threads in the BSOD forum and we have all computers tested with Memtest 86+ version 5.01.

The Memtest 86+ version 5.01 should be able to perform RAM /DIMM /MB testing on the computer.

Ah! I was using Passmark's Memtest86, not the forked Memtest86+

Do you really want/need a re-run with Memtest86+ and if so how many passes.

PS I turned on driver verifier with all default options, rather than just the 3 ticked items, and ended up in a Driver-Verifier-Detected-Error reboot loop (got out of it using Safe mode and verifier /reset). Is the BSOD dump from that any use should I just trash it?

For memtest86+ version 5.01 please run for 8 or more passes and the more passes the better.
Many BSOD report memory problems and ruling in or out RAM is useful in the troubleshooting of the BSOD.
For windows driver verifier using the settings in this link:
Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver. - Microsoft Community

Whenever there is a new BSOD please post a zip into the thread.

Just for clarification, the MS Community article proposes all option enabled except DDI compliance checking and randomized low resource simulation; while the TenForums tutorial proposes just I/O Verification, Force Pending I/O requests, and IRP logging. Which options would you prefer I used?

    Thanks

Please use the Microsoft link for the testing parameters.
