The HD Tune full error scan can take a few hours.
The Memtest86+ version 5.01 takes approximately 1 - 2 hours / GB RAM.
If this is too much time to be without the computer you can test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM.
If there is multichannel this will not be tested. So if you have multichannel its best to plan 2 days without use of the computer.
If there is just 1 error you can abort testing and move to testing just 1 RAM module at a time.
Once you complete the HD and RAM / DIMM /MB testing the next step is Windows driver verifier to find misbehaving drivers.
The HDTune run is almost complete. It won't report the S.M.A.R.T. data for the SAS drives as it only understangs SATA. I use HD Sentinel Pro which does "grok" SAS drives. Here's what it has to say about things (please ignore the overheat warnings, these are Server grade SAS drives and always run pretty warm - I never got round to adjusting HD Sentinel's temperature settings:

FWIW, my money is still on a dodgy driver (probably video) installed as part of the Fall Update installation, given that I completely uninstalled the AMD vide drivers prior to the last attempt. I'm also pretty sure the memory is good.
Here's thet HDTune stuff (without the Health tab as that was blank):
Please make sure that all drives have:
chkdsk /x /f /r reports
HD Tune or HD Sentinel reports for
error or surface scans
health scans or SMART scans
benchmarks
And for all HD run Sea Tools SMART and long generic.
