Yeah i did it using google chrome. I may have a fully functioning Windows 10 now but im having a nightmare with drivers not working properly. Bring back Windows 7, all is forgiven lol.
Drivers were a problem, Windows updated 8 drivers, one was for the RTL 8188EE and it didn't work properly so I rolled it back. I used Advanced System Care Driver Booster it installed newer driver for the RTL 8188EE, worked fine but still had problems. then I used Driver Easy and it downloaded a newer driver where I manually installed it. Driver Easy had drivers for the Intel HD Graphics and Realtek Audio, I went to manually install them and it came up with message saying windows has determine the best driver is installed for those two.
Since updating driver for the RTL 8188EE, those Visual C+++ have been installing.
Still have small issue with something, can be listening to the iHeart Radio APP, music will be playing, the audio will cut out and come back.

    Download iso direct as follows

Open Edge and press F12 to open up developer pan.

Click on dock/undock button to make pane as a separate window.

No licence issue at all. You have a digital licence tied to mobo id - this remains in force for life of pc.

I think its an issue at Microsoft's end. I had that error message one day, gone the next. I didn't do anything in between except re download the MCT. It seemed to come up just when the EULA would be shown.

I downloaded the iso and flashed an usb using rufus, my pc does not recognize it as a bootable media,
so from windows started up setup.exe from the usb, if it works it can be a solution.
