    0xC1900101 - 0x2000A - Error

"The Installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation"

Hi, Above is my error with my windows 10 upgrade.

It downloads and then starts copying the files on the black screen with the big % sign, but then it fails and restores my previous version of windows.

I have tried to upgrade like 5 times and now I am tired. I have used the "windows 10" link and the media creator and the windows update tool. same process same error. I have looed about all the forums and no-one seems to have this problem........... please help me.

This seemed to be because my OS was prompting me to choose between Win7 and Win 8.1 on start-up. In my program files i had a Windows.old folder (from my old 7 to 8 upgrade). This i renamed as Aaaaa and then i turned off the boot OS selection restore option. After rescanning updates it downloaded fine and is now working without problems.
