No. That ISO is for ALL editions of Windows 10. Home is just one that it contains....

    dism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:F:\sources\install.esd /index:1
Use this instead (leaving out the 'index' bit). It will list all the editions the .esd contains, along with their index numbers.
    dism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:F:\sources\install.esd

...Dism /get-wiminfo shows the install.esd (at least, the one I made for English International) now contains Home, Pro , S, Education (and the 'N' version of each) plus Home single language....

Note that the index numbers to use for Home and Pro have changed - Home is 3 and Pro is 8 now.

Thanks for this explanation of Windows S appearing in DISM. Now I see the downloads include all versions. I just checked my downloaded Windows 10 ISO's and version 1 = Windows 10 S Insider Preview still in build 17025 but is gone for build 17115.3. From Brink on tenforums
Going forward, Windows 10 S will no longer be a SKU offered by Microsoft. Instead, what they will be doing is offering S mode for all iterations of Windows 10...
'Windows 10 S' is now 'Windows 10 Now with S Mode'

... Windows 10 E has replaced it (apparently it's 'S' but less crippled) ...... still would like to see S-mode (in a kiosk environment)

    PS: Actually it's called CloudE
