Please notice that the update option does include the "fall creators" writing, but under the option "Create Windows 10 installation media" - there is no "fall creators" writing. Are you sure that the option "Create Windows 10 installation media" include the "fall creators" version even without the writing? sorry for the question, I would like to be sure.

It is strange why after downloading the ISO today using Media Creation Tool in step 1 of the tutorial it says the file version is 10.0.1.16299.15 and dated 9/29/17 when the new version is 10.1.16299.19.

I would like to have the ISO to burn to disc in case of or to clean install. You are saying for sure it is along with the October 17th creator update ? Why the setup file does not show this version 10.1.16299.19

The ISO is 16299.15. There is a cumulative update that take this up to 16299.19. Windows Update will find and install this after you have installed 16299.15.

It has been this way for all previous versions. The ISO installs the baseline version, the latest cumulative update then makes sure it's up to date (otherwise Microsoft would have to make a new ISO every month).

So then there is no ISO with the fall update included ? Since it was a big update i would of liked to have this ISO with version 10.0.1.16299.19 .That is the update i installed today.

No, Microsoft have never worked that way. It's always been install the baseline version then get the latest cumulative update. The 16299.15 ISO is the baseline version of the Fall Creators Update, the cumulative update makes it up to date.
